Can I change my plan any time?

Both programs offer a remote/online opportunity to work 12-15 hours a week for ten weeks and four weeks respectively for Program A and Program B. Upon successful completion of the program, you will also receive an Experience Letter (sample), a Letter of Recommendation (sample) (based on performance) and a Surprise Award (sample) (based on performance).

Attendance
What is the use of punch-in and punch-out forms?
You can mark your work attendance by filling up the punch-in and punch-out forms at the work timings specified in your offer letter. Ensure that the no. of working hours each day is covered between these two forms. The timings are flexible as mentioned. (These forms are provided in the WhatsApp description also)
Can I fill the punch-in and punch-out forms at times other than those mentioned in the offer letter?
Yes, but please remember to complete the appropriate form when you commence and conclude your daily work. (including the non-working days, if you have worked on that day).
What should I do if I forget to fill the form at the scheduled time?
Fill out the form which you have missed amongst these as soon as you remember, and add the actual time in the comments/remarks section.
Note: This flexibility is allowed only three times. To help remember, consider setting a timer 15 minutes before the start and end of your work time.
What is the attendance policy?
The attendance policy mandates an 80% attendance requirement for both meeting participation (which usually happens twice a week along with some extra meetings if required) and work hours (as specified in your offer letter). To be eligible to apply for a Letter of Recommendation (LoR), attendance must exceed 90%. Additionally, work attendance is recorded using Punch-in and Punch-out forms during designated working hours.
What should I do if I need to take a leave?
If you are not working on any designated days, please fill up the leave form. Additionally, make an effort to compensate for the missed hours on other days.
Online Meetings
How will meetings be held during the internship?
All the meetings will held in online mode. The timings and the meeting links have already been kept in the WhatsApp group description.
Will there be meetings other than the scheduled ones?
Additional meetings may be scheduled if necessary. You will receive prior notification about any such sessions either through the WhatsApp group or during the meetings themselves.
Work
Are the assignments common for all profiles?
Initially, the training modules and the team tasks are common. After the third week, tasks will be specialized for developers, ML engineers, and Data Analysts. We will then initiate separate discussions for developers, focusing primarily on coding aspects, while ML interns will direct their attention to their specific projects. For the Data Analyst team, the topics covered in meetings will constitute your primary tasks, eliminating the need to search for additional work. Until the third week, collaboration across all profiles is encouraged, encompassing training, Case Study 1, and the automation task. Any divergence in tasks for profiles other than Data Analyst will be communicated to you promptly. Ensure your attendance in all meetings to stay updated with any developments.
Can I complete work on a different day if I am traveling?
If you're traveling, you can reschedule your work for another day. Ensure you fill out the leave form for the day of your absence. When compensating for the missed work, send a polite reminder to Adit Sir (or your manager) via direct message, informing him/her of your availability for that day. Additionally, accurately fill out the punch-in and punch-out forms for the day you are making up the work.
What is the training video task for the first week?
To start, create a Google Sheet. You can either generate a small dataset of your own, replicate some rows shown in the video, or extract random datasets from Kaggle.. Follow the video's instructions to apply the formulas to your sheet. Once completed, share the sheet via the form link provided in the WhatsApp description. Ensure the sheet appears organized and tidy by removing any extraneous elements not relevant to the video instructions.
Is it necessary to create a new sheet for each training video, or can we utilize the same dataset for all videos, considering their continuity?
It's imperative to create separate sheets for each video. However, if you perceive continuity between the preceding and subsequent videos, feel free to duplicate the dataset from the previous sheet. This approach allows for seamless continuation in your work.
Do I need to source the data myself for the tutorial?
Yes, create a dummy dataset or obtain data from online sources such as Kaggle.
What if I face problems with my tasks?
If you encounter difficulties with your tasks, you have several options for assistance:
Post your questions in the group chat for guidance and support from team members.
Note your concerns for our end-of-meeting discussions, where they can be addressed collectively.

To upload your training work, follow these steps:

What if I haven't received the calendar link invite to attend the meetings?
We sent the calendar links to everyone during onboarding on your joining day, to the same email address where we sent the joining documents. Please check your mailbox or spam folder. You need to confirm your attendance by selecting "Yes" in the email for the event to appear in your calendar.
If you still can't find it, please provide your name and email address (preferably Gmail) in the WhatsApp group and ask us to add you there.
