It started at the late afternoon, in 31st of May, i simply have no idea what this means or how can it be fixed, or if i can fix it because i'm using the web chat.

can you share some more details to help me understand your issue? Maybe a screenshot? How are you accessing the model...via Cohere Coral Dashboard or you're working with it locally?
