So, this might very well be a problem on my side but the Q5 quant is absolutely incoherent. It keeps speaking french to me, though sometimes also german or just random characters. Even got a blushy emoji once.

Yup. The quants (I tested Q6, Q5 and Q4) are somewhat broken. It works perfectly and fast for a few long paragraphs but then it suddenly "bugs" out and starts spitting other languages.
