How do I use the checkpoint?

Hey there, I really want to use your weights but I do not know how. I even used your GitHub repository, but I do not know how to use that either.
The shell scripts there, try to download the stack and I do not have 6 TB spare.
Is it possible to use your checkpoints without training it myself?
And is it possible for you to upload the config.json so that one could load your model using the transformers library?
