Mocha Checkpoint for BLIP-Large Model

The official checkpoint of BLIP-Large model, finetuned on MS-COCO with the MOCHa RL frameword, introduced in MOCHa: Multi-Objective Reinforcement Mitigating Caption Hallucinations
