Hi, I'm not sure what exactly you have done, but I managed to reproduce the problem you described.
Most probably you have input raw Japanese text under phoneme input mode, which will cause the model to ignore any non-phoneme characters.
Please let me know if it is not the case.

If you directly input Japanese text such as "ใใใซใกใ." under phoneme input mode, the model will ignore all of the other hiragana except your "."
I've tried to do that, it seems that isn't the case, instead she said Hello correctly when I did it.
