It seems that the PHI-3 family is winning in it's "weight category" (billion parameters... pun unintended).
The 7B model is better than even bigger models and the 3B model too...
Another very interesting one is GLM-4 but it's not in the list.

Yes, the results for microsoft/Phi-3 models are quite interesting. Considering THUDM/glm-4 models, I've answered you in this discussion
