Bug Fix for multiselect

In both prompt and output files, the default option is set to "Python" instead of "python". The code was failing with error " Every Multiselect default value must exist in options"

Hey @karthikmad , thanks for submitting this bugfix. In the new version of LLM Guard, we rely on a different model with different labels. Let me check why it didn't pick it up
I don't see this error in the playground. Can you please help me to reproduce it?

Am little messed up with new code and older version of llm-guard.
After upgraiding the llm-guard to 0.3.9 issue is fixed
